Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Please read our returns, exchange and refunds policy for more information. We strive our very best to provide our customers only the best products and rates, and packed and delivered with utmost care. However, things may happen while on transit and while we would be happy to refund you the full cost of your product or replace it, please make sure you take a photograph and send it to use by email at email@example.com indicating "Refund or Return" on your subject line.
Not all products are refundable and replaceable like undergarments, shapewears, beauty products, and the likes due to sanitary/hygienic reasons.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Shapewears, undergarments, beauty products (example personal hygiene products, serums, creams, moisturizers, eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, make-ups, to name a few) cannot be returned for hygienic/sanitary purposes.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line "RETURN" and the details why you are returning such item. If items have been damaged, we required photos of the damaged goods and attach same to your email.
We will not shoulder the return shipping fee.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Email us first so we can inform you further of the steps to take.
After we have verified your return/exchange claims via email, the next step is for you to send it to:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The following items are made to order, and as such cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund:
- Necklaces & bangles with pendant designs
In the rare situation where an order for these items arrives defective, we'll arrange for a replacement to be made and shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, we may arrange for a refund.
We will ensure that the product info will include this type of information if the product is a made-to-order type.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the steps to take thereafter.
Alternatively, it is easier to just refund the purchase amount of the item if they are damaged or defective. However, we will not refund the shipping fee and any other taxes the customer may have incurred through their own country's custom tax/fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
